- Summary:
-
This report examines the primary information and resource needs of professionals in the gambling sector in Australia, and their preferred communication methods. It draws on consultations with researchers, practitioners, industry representatives, and policy makers, as part of a broader consultation on knowledge translation and exchange. Based on these findings, the report also offers a communications strategy framework for organisations to use, centred around the three domains of 'Receive' (through dissemination), 'Retrieve' (stored resources), and 'Engage' (by active exchange).
