- A colourful screen print Chinese label adverising the comb foundation for honey bees. The text on this handsome advert reads: On the upper margin "Yi liang wei gang Quan mian fa zhan = Food production is the key to achieve all round development" one of the slogans raised during China's great leap forward (1958-1960). Text on left margin reads: "Fang ji ming xian pin zhi you liang = The foundation is well made. The quality is superb". Text on the illustration reads : "Shen fang chao chu. maie bao 30 pian = Full depth comb foundation. 30 sheets per package". Text on right margin reads " Gao wen xiao du la zhi chun jing = High temperature sterilised. Thwewax used is clean and pure".
