National Library of Australia's NK96 copy is in custom-made, quarter bound green leather box with gilt lettering with bookplate of Rex de C. Nan Kivell pasted inside the lid; includes handwritten note inserted: "The real author of this pamphlet was Captain Robinson & the printed Thomas Russell Drury whose name appears on the colophon. The name of the publisher, Benjamin Franklin, is fictitious."

National Library of Australia's NK5023 copy is in custom-made, quarter bound brown leather box with five raised bands and gilt lettering with the bookplate of Rex de C. Nan Kivell (no. 1833/39) pasted inside the lid; half bound in calf with marbled boards and tobacco-stained edges; stamped "G3L"; inscribed "E.2.SR. Vol. 6. p.55"; also bears bookplate of Rex de C. Nan Kivell (no. 1833/39).
