The 1913 Australian Referendum was held on 31 May 1913.--- Six questions were asked: to extend the Commonwealth's powers over: trade and commerce (not carried); corporations (not carried); industrial matters generally (not carried); industrial matters in State railways (not carried); trusts (not carried); and monopolies (not carried). The referendum was held in conjunction with a federal election.
