MS Acc19.059 comprises a letter to the National Times by Lex Watson, Co-President CAMP, dated 19 November 1973, and a carbon copy of reply dated 24 November 1973 by Thomas Mautner, regarding the Homosexual Law Reform Society and law reform (1 folder).
MS Acc23.128 comprises comprises a typed draft titled "The Draft Criminal Code for the Australian Territories, dated 27 July 1969 and a typed press release for an address on Homosexula Law Reform, dated 23 october 1969 (1 folder).

- Biography/History:

The Homosexual Law Reform Society of the A.C.T. was founded on 27 July 1969, by Michael Landale, a solicitor, and Thomas Mautner, a university lecturer. Its aims were to advocate that all sexual conduct between consenting adults in private should be beyond the scope of the criminal law, and to oppose the provisions of the draft criminal code in this area. The Society ceased to exist about 1972.
