The frontispiece is signed "T Cocksonus sculp"; the title page is probably also by Cockson.

"An ansvvere to Mr Fishers relation of a third conference betweene a certaine B. (as he stiles him) and himselfe. .. here giuen by R.B. chapleine to the B. that was imployed in the conference", i.e. Richard Baylie, but in fact by William Laud.
