MS 8907 comprises correspondence between E.J. (Ted) Brady and David Morris, 1947-1949 (Brady was in his late 70s when he wrote to Morris). Brady helped to pioneer the theory of socialism in Australia and they write of their common interest in socialism, the shortcomings of the left-wing press, and the world revolutionary movement. There is also a memoir of Brady written by Bernice Morris (1 folder).

Engineer and socialist. David Morris met E.J. Brady through his wife Bernice who went to Mallacoota to work for Brady's daughter at Mallacoota House in Victoria.
