- Summary:

A flyer for Masonite Temprtile, a tempered hardboard manufactured with an oil polymerized by heat and pressure, intended for use in "kitchens, bathrooms, store and restaurant interiors, and wherever attractive, washable wall surfaces are desired." The product was scored in four inch squares to imitate the work of an expert tiler, and supplied in panels 12 feet by 4 feet in 1/8" and 3/16" thicknesses that could be installed using only carpenter's tools. If properly painted and finished, Temprtile is claimed not to crack, chip or warp.
