- National Library of Australia copy is typescript, unpaginated, consisting of a title page, with 1948 fountain pen inscription to Alec Robertson, then tipped in brief off print on Briggs ("A Poet of the House," with portrait, signed F.M., Courier-Mail Print), then Index [contents page], then 18 leaves of poems (a couple over two leaves), then end blank. The volume is four hole Japanese stab bound (Yotsume Toji) with coloured thread in wallpaper wrappers, title label to upper wrapper. The former owner of the booklet, Alec Robertson, was a journalist (and later the editor of the Communist Party newspaper the Tribune, 1964-74), who was dismissed from position of Sub-Editor, Courier-Mail, in October 1949 because of his political affiliations and activities in the peace movement.
