National Library of Australia's NK2702 copy is fully bound in leather with five raised bands, gilt decorations and top edge, marbled endpapers; fore and bottom edges untrimmed; title page inscribed in a manuscript hand in ink, 'John Coakley'; bears the book label of John Davies Enys and bookplate Rex de C. Nan Kivell (no. 1773/6).

National Library of Australia's SRq 99 copy fully rebound in leather with marbled endpapers and dyed red edges; inscribed 'R. Sutherland'500.
