With the new government sworn in on December 3, 2007, responsibility for employment and workplace relations from the former Department of Employment and Workplace Relations was amalgamated with responsibility for education from the former Department of Education, Science and Training to form the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations. On 18 September 2013 the Department of Employment, Education and Workplace relations was split to create the Department of Education and the Department of Employment. Works by these bodies are found under the name used at the time of publication
