On May 11 1951 the Dept. of External Territories changed its name to the Dept. of Territories. In Feb. 1968 the Dept. of Territories became the Dept. of External Territories, and in 1973 this dept. was abolished and its functions taken over by the Dept. of Foreign Affairs, the Dept. of the Capital Territory and the Dept. of the Special Minister of State. Works by these bodies are found under the name used at the time of publication
