The Racing and Gaming Authority (incorporating the Racing Commission) came into existence in 1992. The Authority has three advisory and appeals bodies: the Racing Commission, the Gaming Control Commission and the <Liquor Commission>. <Legislation due to come into effect in Dec. 1995 will create a fourth advisory and appeals body: the Poker Machines Board>. Works by these bodies are found under the name used at the time of publication
