Queensland's waste strategy has introduced new opportunities for waste generators and receivers. The End of Waste (EOW) Framework allows waste generators to supply certain wastes for use as a resource. It promotes resource recovery opportunities and aims to transform the perception of waste from being seen as waste to being valued as a resource.
