Biography/History:

Pat Duff began working in the horse racing industry when he was a teenager having held his trainer's licence for nearly sixty years. He is particularly renowned and respected for the impact he has had on Queensland's racing industry in his work supporting colleagues, and mentoring jockeys and other trainers. The Queensland arm of the Australian Trainers’ Association has named an industry award in Duff's honour, and he was also inducted into the Queensland Thoroughbred Awards Hall of Fame in 2022.
