Eleven-year-old Ami raced home from school to the orphanage. Today couldn't possibly get any better. But then it did. A mysterious stranger from a charity awaits Ami's arrival in the matron's office and invites her to Boot Camp to compete for a place on a mission team. The mission... to provide emergency relief to a storm ravaged ski-town. Ami's excited about the opportunity. She knows firsthand the importance of someone reaching out and showing care, having experienced loss herself. But trouble arises when a mean bully tries to ruin Ami's chances at Boot Camp. She realises that winning a spot on the team won't be easy. In order to help the struggling town, Ami must confront her fears head-on. Yet, just as success seems within reach, Ami stumbles upon a sinister secret concealed within the charity's walls, shaking her to the core. Now, Ami has a tough decision to make. Should she quit and keep herself safe or take a risk and go on a dangerous undercover mission? The ski-town and its residents desperately need her help, and she must choose wisely as people's well-being hangs in the balance.
