"This investigation by the NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption ("the Commission") examined the conduct of then councillors Vincenzo Badalati, Constantine Hindi and Philip Sansom in making decisions in relation to planning applications regarding two developments in Hurstville, and the conduct of three individuals - Ching Wah (or Philip) Uy, Wensheng Liu and Yuqing Liu - in their interactions with those councillors. The Commission also examined the conduct of Mr Hindi's wife, Mireille (or Miray) Hindi, in relation to the developments." -- Page 8.
