- Summary:
-
"This is not the one book everyone is supposed to have in them. Engineers don't write books, they write reports. As an engineer the only writing I have done over the years have been user manuals, operating instructions, proposals, procedures and such. I never had the desire or thought that I had the ability to write or see my name on a book. In my corporate life I was always shy and loath to put my name boldly on the cover page of any technical writing as I have seen from a lot or my colleagues. So please do not think this an ego trip or some sort of self promotion. It's a simple narrative or report if you like of my life."--Preface.
