The Legal Assistance Action Plan 2023-25 aims to provide an implementation plan for the ACT Legal Assistance Strategy. The Action Plan provides a road map and implementation plan to support the delivery of the Strategy, by outlining measurable targets, timeframes and lead agencies to operationalise the Strategy's seven key initiatives. It enables the ACT Government and the ACT legal sector to work toward strengthening sector capacity and sustainability, with a greater focus on wellbeing and access to justice for vulnerable people.
