The REF was placed on public display and submissions relating to the proposal and the REF were received by Transport. This submissions report summarises the issues raised and provides responses to each issue (Chapter 2). It details investigations carried out since finalisation of the REF (Chapter 3), describes, and assesses the environmental impact and outlines new or revised environmental management measures (Chapter 4)." -- Page 8.
