- Summary:
-
This beautifully illustrated story teaches children about the importance of understanding and accepting change and difference in all people. A perfect forest grew tall and proud on the land. One day a bird from a faraway place flew over the forest and dropped a different seed. The other trees in the forest didn't like this 'difference' and did everything in their power to block the little tree's growth. But slowly they learn that we were all, at some point, a seed from a faraway place.
