- Summary:
-
The Natural Disaster Program (NDP) responds to damage caused to the state-controlled road network as a result of natural disaster events. Transport and Main Roads seeks funding under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) to help communities recover from such events by reconstructing infrastructure assets through incident response, emergency and reconstruction works. The purpose of this guideline is to provide guidance for all DRFA-funded projects to be designed and built in accordance with an agreed set of corporate standards that include considerations of local circumstances.
