The firm assisted 14 Canberra residents seek a legal injunction to stop the construction of a telecommunications tower on Black Mountain, Canberra in 1973. The plaintiffs were: Bruce Eric Kent, William Keith Hancock, Ralph Owen Slatyer, Donald Walker, Roger John Bartell, Leslie Finlay Crisp, Frank John Fenner, Audrey Benjamin, Maurice Prosper Cummins, Otto Heizberg Frankel, Ross Ainsworth Hohnen, Robert Stewart Parker, Derek Fuller Wrigley and Julius Roe. The defendants were: James Luke Cavanagh, Minister of State for Works, Lionel Frost Bowen, Postmaster-General of the Commonwealth of Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
