Short letter to Charlie Bailey, written on Melbourne Parliament House letterhead and dated 20 September 1908. Fisher briefly informs Bailey of a visit from a friend, Henry, who found the weather to be a bit cold during his stay. There is also a sheet of biographical details of Andrew Fisher.
Biography/History:
Prime Minister of Australia in 1908-1909, 1910-1913 and 1914-1915. Fisher resigned office to become Australia's High Commissioner in London from 1915 to his retirement in 1921. Charlie Bailey and his wife were friends of the Fishers when they lived in Gympie, prior to Andrew Fisher entering Federal politics.
