Crocker speaks of his early memories of family and schooling; auditioning for the Geelong Musical Comedy Company; his theatrical development from "Variety on Parade"; working the club circuit in Melbourne with his own act; becoming the first bandleader on television; forming a double act with Dave Clarke; joining the Tivoli circuit with Dave Clarke in Melbourne to do the "The Sabrina Show"; becoming Sabrina's manager; why the Crocker & Clarke partnership broke up after 4 years; doing the Southeast Asian club circuit in 1963-1964; attempting the London club circuit in 1964; working the U.S. circuit in 1965; when he returned to Australia he was offered a TV show "66 and all that" followed by his own show "The Barry Crocker Show" 1966-1968; taking over Bobby Limb's "Sound of Music" and the upsets that caused; being offered the first "Barry McKenzie" film; moving to London in 1971 to continue his club and TV work.
