These papers have been arranged into 14 series including the following: I. Correspondence, 1924-1970: family (letters of Bruce, Edith, David and Roger Milliss) and general. The other correspondents include J.B. Chifley, A.S. Luchetti, Eleanor Dark, John Stewart, Allan Ashbolt and E.L. Davidson. II. Window dressing, 1917-1922: photographs and printed items relating to Milliss' career as a window dresser. III. Business papers, 1930-1970: correspondence and financial papers relating to B.J. Milliss Pty. Ltd., New Dawn Films, and Milliss and Byron. IV. Community works, 1939-1948: School (Oslo) Lunch Advisory Committee, Katoomba War Agricultural Committee, Katoomba Primary School Parents' and Citizens' Association, Citizen's T.B. League of New South Wales, Katoomba Municipal Elections and other municipal business, and Wykehurst Guest House and Children War Evacuation Scheme. V. Papers of William and Clare Clampett, 1834-1969: correspondence (mostly letters of Clara and Edith Clampett), diaries, photographs and other papers.

Window dresser and businessman. Bruce and Edith Milliss (nee Clampett) lived in Katoomba and Sydney and had two children, David and Roger. They were active in the local community welfare organisations, including Katoomba Primary School Parents' and Citizens Association, Day Nursery School Association and School (Oslo) Lunch Advisory Committee.
