- Biography/History:

Poet and author. During the period 1941-1947 Hudson founded, edited and published the literary journal, Poetry. He edited the 1943 anthology of Australian verse for Jindyworobak and contributed to the Jindyworobak anthologies from 1938 to 1953. His writing included critical articles, short stories, poetry and radio plays for children. In 1946 Hudson was awarded a Commonwealth Literary Fund Grant. He was an active member of the Fellowship of Australian Writers.
