MS 8878 comprises correspondence, newsletters, reports and other records, 1979-1996 (2 boxes).
The MS Acc03.075 instalment includes records relating to the World Office, triennial meetings, gatherings and also includes country files and other records, ca. 1996-2002 (5 cartons).
The Acc06/139 instalment comprises personal diaries, reports and letters relating to the establishment of the Asia-West Pacific Section of the Friends World Committee for Consultation, 1982-2006 (1 packet).
The Acc07/60 instalment includes diaries, correspondence and notes kept by Richard and Bronwen Meredith relating to their work with the Committee. There are diaries, itineraries and reports relating to missions to Indonesia and Malaysia in 1965, and for various overseas missions and visits of the Committee to Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand and the United States in the 1980s. In addition, lecture notes relating to the James Backhouse lecture given by Richard Meredith in 1997 (1 box).
The Acc08/168 instalment comprises copies of the FWCC newsletter, March 2004-June 2008, a copy of the FWCC Asia-West Pacific Section Constitution, November 2008, and, Handbook for management of the Asia-West Pacific Section, July 2008 (1 folder).
The Acc09/25 instalment consists of the publication produced at the time of the 2008 meeting of the Friends World Committee for Consultation, Asia-West Pacific Section. It contains an editorial, epistles and the minutes of the gathering (1 packet).

The Friends World Committee for Consultation was founded in the mid-1920s to link Quaker groups and individuals wherever they might be. The Asia-West Pacific Section is the smallest and most recent, and extends from India to Japan and south.
