- a The National Library of Australia q 655.24 M647 copy has a cancel title page (slightly smaller and printed on different paper) with the imprint “Miller & Richard, Edinburgh and London; Agents: Gordon & Gotch Ltd.; Sydney, 123 Pitt Street; Perth, 21 William Street; Brisbane, Queen Street; Melbourne, 124 & 126 Queen Street.” It has no dated price list or notice but is later than “October 1913” based on the internal evidence of a sample of Herrick Border on page 405. This copy is in its original blue printed cloth over boards but has been rebound in a ‘perfect’ binding with a polymer glue and has an “Adriatic Bookbinders Canberra” label on the bottom of the front pastedown (they were founded in 1978 and wound up in 1994).
