"The cultural context of unemployment - an oral record" is a collection of over 500 interviews recorded with the unemployed. The project consisted of five teams, Brisbane Team - the rural unemployed, Perth Team - unemployed youth ; Casino/Wollongong women's project - unemployed women ; Sydney Team - Indochinese refugees - unemployed refugees ; and Melbourne Team - unemployed Aboriginal people. The recordings are accompanied by team reports, photographs and newspaper clippings.
