- Summary:
-
"Anabarburra with Narr-rana's son, Mipornun, is a Blyth River man (Nagara or Nakara). He is a songman and leader in ceremonies. The relationship between these two is as teacher to pupil. There does not have to be kinship. Certain men are outstanding in their knowledge and performance of songs, dances, ceremonies, myths, etc. and when a boy is ready to become a man the informal teaching begins by participation."--Label on reverse of print version.
