The NSW government is implementing a number of key recommendations of the report of the NSW Legislative Council Select Committee on Mental Health regarding the need for whole-of-government services. Resources will be increased in the future to provide more supported accommodation places, expanding child and adolescent early intervention care, improved aboriginal mental health care, better access to services for older people, more sensitive care for people from a culturally diverse background and increased community care capability
