- Two maps showing the progress made by the expeditions led by Lars Christensen over the period 1927-1937 using aerial surveys to map the coastal area from the Weddell Sea to the Shackleton Ice Shelf. The top map covers Eastern Antarctica from Ingrid Christensen Land across to Enderby Land. The lower map stretches from Coats Land across to Wilkes Land. The map features the tracks of the major expeditions of Sir Douglas Mawson, the various Norwegian expeditions in that area, and other significant expeditions over the 19th and 20th centuries.
