Dale Dengate, born 1940 in New Zealand, is a retired school teacher, folk organiser and folk musician. She was the chairperson of the Australian Folk Trust, and has been involved in the National Folk Festival since its beginnings. She also had a long association with the Bush Music Club in Sydney.
