- Sales plan for land in the suburb of Ashfield in Sydney bordered by Norton Street, Milton Street, Prospect Street and George's River Road.

- On verso: Ashfield South, beautifully situated choice villa sites and good building allotments, being adjacent blocks of land to the residence of the Hon. Henry Parkes, K.C.M.G., comprising eleven acres, now subdivided into a number of sites immediately opposite Milton House and grounds, with frontages to George's River Road and other wide streets, opposite Croydon Park, and within 12 minutes walk of both the Ashfield Railway Station and Croydon Railway Station.
- On verso: Choice villa sites, on elevated ground between Croydon Park and the Liverpool Road, being some of the few eligible building allotments now to be purchased in this very popular and healthful, Railway suburb.
