- Atlas containing 33 maps outlining the raw material resources and industrial plants of primary importance to the Germans during WWII, and reproduced from a hand-coloured set classified 'top secret' by the Germans. The maps were prepared by Hermann Goering's Office of the Delegate for the Four-Year plan in 1944. The set is divided into five groups: Greater Germany (15 maps), the occupied countries in the West (8 maps), Denmark and Norway (3 maps), the occupied territories in the East (3 maps), and Serbia and Greece (4 maps).
- The maps show electric power plants, coal mines, raw material deposits, shipyards, ore mines, truck and car plants, arms factories, chemical plants, petroleum and oil plants, aircraft factories, ore deposits, railway carriage plants, tank assembly plants and industries useful to the German war effort.
- Preface and editorial notes in German; maps in English.
