A review of consistency between the Murray-Darling Basin Agreement and both the National Water Initiative and Intergovernmental Agreement on Addressing Water Overallocation and Achieving Environmental Objectives in the Murray-Darling Basin (The Living Murray IGA ), is required by Clause 14 and Clause 56 of those agreements respectively. As part of the Consistency Review, an 'Issues Analysis' was undertaken.The Issues Analysis report investigates jurisdictional perspectives on the issue of consistency between these agreements.
