Biography/History:

Valuer. Held senior appointments as a Commonwealth valuer in Tasmania and N.S.W. later becoming Chairman of the Commonwealth Valuations Appeals Boards (1948-1965). A consultant to overseas governments including Singapore, Jamaica and Ghana, Murray also wrote and lectured on valuation practice.
