- Inscriptions: "Australia produces about 35,00 tons of rabbit meat annually. About 25% of them are shot, the rest trapped. We export 15,000 tons of meat, mostly to the UK, eat the rest here. Rabbit fur is used in the local felt trade, for floor coverings and hats. Heads, feet and bones are used for stock feed manufacture (some feet are sold in US as lucky charms)"--Typed on verso; "McGrath Rabbit Processing- Melbourne 1957 Jeff Carter"--In pencil on verso; Photographer's copyright stamp on verso.
