- "I send you with this the letter that was writ by the Lords of Her Majesties Privy Council to my Lord Archbishop of Canterbury, which you see His Grace has transmitted to me". The Privy Council letter is dated: "the fourth of April, 1706" and the Archishop of Canterbury's covering letter dated: April 13th, 1706.
