Note that the ship's track to Mawson Station is dated 9/2/55 and its track away from Mawson is dated 1/3/55. The ship is the Kista Dan on her second voyage to provide additional building materials for Mawson Station. On her first voyage the Kista Dan had set up the basic accommodation needed to establish Mawson Station. Relief is shown by shading and spot heights and form lines.
