Intended to serve as a resource, this model for training trainers of paraprofessionals consists of ten 3-hour sessions. It spells out the objectives of a particular training program, how these objectives were achieved, and an evaluation design. The contents and objectives of each session are set out in detail, including samples of the task response sheets and the training certificate awarded at the end of the program.
