This textbook for junior high school students encompasses concepts found in construction, and together with a teacher's guide (VT 014 244) and two laboratory manuals (VT 014 242 and VT 014 243), constitutes the first part of a 2-year integrated program in industrial technology. This and the second year course in manufacturing were developed under a contract from the Office of Education.
