Arranged by grade level, a major description and rationale are provided for each identified skill area. Following the introduction is a brief explanation of the continuum's numbering system and information on how to utilize the summary of performance objectives when planning classroom instruction. Performance objectives, criteria, and sample activities for each area of the continuum are provided.
