In the second paper, Judy Minier discusses the role played by the Teacher Corps in encouraging Native American teachers. William Smith offers insights into the role of government in developing the Peace Corps and the Teacher Corps. In the fourth paper, Thomas W. Hewitt addresses minority recruitment and career path building. The final paper, by Ruben D.
