The Kearney State College (Nebraska) drug-free campus program description details standards of conduct for employees and students regarding alcohol and drugs as well as applicable legal sanctions under federal, state and local law with regard to possession and distribution. These statutes are described and identified by number and further illustrated in four charts which itemize: federal trafficking penalties, federal trafficking penalties for marijuana, and Nebraska State Law provisions for illicit drugs, and State law regarding anabolic steroids, marijuana and others. Descriptions of the health risks associated with the use of illicit drugs and the abuse of alcohol including a chart of the uses the effects of 29 drugs and drug categories are also provided.
