A collection of approximately 850 Australian musical works, mostly from the colonial period. The majority of the items in the collection are photocopied manuscripts (some original) and some published works. The collection is arranged in alphabetical order by composer or arranger. The collection comprises the results of research undertaken by Richard Divall and others for the ABC Musica Australis radio and concert series in the late 60s - early 70s.

- The collection was acquired from the Symphony Australia Library, formerly the Australian Broadcasting Corporation Federal Music Library (ABC Federal Music Library) in 2009 with additional material acquired from them in 2016..
