Three people in normal kimono are depicted; one young man holding a fan, the other young man holding a pipe, and a young woman in the middle, playing a Japanese music instrument called samisen and drinking sake. The prints also includes 12 separate book pages printed; name of the month, name of a famous Kabuki actor of its time, some words of him and his family crest printed on each page, making the print interesting historic resource on the history of Kabuki.
