A newspaper banner headline broadside, printed in orange and black, which promotes four articles: the first is a feature article, "Why people won't work" written by Ronald Conway. It covers the changing notions of work, its value and current attitudes to work. The second is "The Americans in Australia," the fifth in a series entitled 'The Australian Family' and discusses, amongst other things, immigration from the United States, investment and business opportunities in Australia for Americans. The third is "Great new drinks to mix," an article by Robert Feldman which discusses the consumption and history of spirituous liquor in the United States. The last one is "Liberals' liberal housing plan", by Peter Samuel, which describes a Federal Government experiment to be conducted in Melbourne, where 400 families will be given vouchers to use for Housing Commission or private market rents.
