In 2002 the Council of Australian Governments (COAG) commissioned an indepedent review of the Australian Energy Market. The review process took place in 2002 and was conducted by an independent panel of experts, chaired by the Hon. Warwick Parer. The review concluded with the submission of the panel's final report on 20 December 2002. The Review identified strategic issues for Australian Energy Markets. It also identified policy options for Governments (Commonwealth, State and Territory) that will achieve the most significant benefits. This CD replicates the review's website.
